Advanced Green Fees are set up when the club wants to set up special green fees with specific restrictions or requirements
1. Go to Settings > Green Fees > From the drop down select "Advanced" > Click "Add"
2. Click "Create"
3. Supply required information
> Green Fee Name
> Green Fee Restrictions - Tick/untick the applicable tick boxes
> Age Restrictions - if you require a player with the specific age (please note that there should be a dob against the member's details for this to work). If you do not have Age Restrictions, leave this untick.
> Play Date Restrictions - define the From and To date range. If you do not require this, please leave it untick.
> Days of the Week - select the applicable days you want the green fees to be applied. If you select "Specific Days", please tick the required days (e.g. tick Monday if this will be applicable every Mondays only).
> Hours of the Day - select the applicable hours
> Eligible Categories - This is applicable if the green fees will be applied to members of the club, tick the category/ies. If the green fees will be for visitors (affiliated and non affiliated members), no need to set this.
> Eligible Clubs - If the green fees will be applied for members of particular club/s.
You could either type the name of the club in the search field or scroll down and find the club. Once you found the club, you can then click the '+' sign across the name of the club so it will be added on the club selected column.
> Eligible Courses - this is applicable for clubs who have more than 1 courses.
> Green Fee Options - Select which is applicable from the dropdown
> Green Fees - type in the amount of the green fees required the Save Fees
