MyGolf - Making a Tee Booking on Golf NZ website

Modified on Tue, 23 Jul at 2:47 PM

Objective: To make a tee booking on the Golf NZ website.

Instructions:

1. Log in to your My Golf account

2. Once logged in, click 'Book a Tee' in the top right hand corner of the page.

3. For affiliated members, by default, your home club(s) will show in the list of clubs that you can make a tee booking at. You can search for other clubs by using the filters shown in the screenshot below.

Please note that not all clubs have the online tee booking product turned on so if you can't find the club you would like to make a tee booking at by using the filters, please contact them directly to make a booking.

4. Once you have selected the date that you would like to make a booking on, click 'Book' under that day.

5. This will take you to the tee sheet for that day and where you can select your time slot. Click 'Book Here' when you have selected the time you would like to play.

6. This will take you to the page where you can book in yourself and add playing partners if you would like. Your name will automatically populate under Player 1.

As per the below screenshot, there are three ways you can add players to a booking.
  • You can add someone from your friends list.
  • If you use the 'search' method, you can type someone's surname and if they are an affiliated member, you can click on their name to add them to the booking.
  • If you use the 'other' method this does not link in with a player's membership details. You should only really use this method when you are adding an unaffiliated member to a booking or someone who does not have a membership at all.

7. Once you have added the necessary people to the booking, click SUBMIT.

8. This will take you to the final stage of making a tee booking - the payment stage (if you are booking at your home club and no green fees are due, you can simply finalise the booking)

If payment is due you are given the option to pay with an existing card or to pay with another card.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions before finalising the booking.
