A Tee Booking Template is used to create a tee sheet for golfers to book their tee times at your golf club. This step is necessary before the tee sheet will be visible to golfers to be able to book. The template allows the club to choose who can book at certain times.
1. Select "New Template".
2. Enter the name of your Tee Booking template, for example: Week Days Winter and select what days it template applies to.
3. Using the Block Name drop down and select who is eligible to play in this block. For example: ALL Home Members.
4. Adjust the following options in regards to how you would like the template set up.
5. Then you can add the timeframe for this block as well as the interval between each timeslot. You can also choose to add starters if required.
6. Then choose if all slots are to be open as well as who can see and book in to these slots by adjusting the Slots and Visibility.
7. You can then Add New Blocks if necessary, if not press Save Changes.
The next block can be set up to be completely different to the first as per below. You are able to add as many blocks as required for each template.
