If you are unsure whether you already have a helpdesk account, you can check by attempting to login.
You will be prompted by an "Email has already been taken" message if you do have an existing account.
If this is the case, you can reset your password by
1. Clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link.
2. Type in your Email address > Click on "Reset my password"
And will be prompted again by this page, click on the Forgot Password again and retype in your email address
3. Check your inbox for the instructions to reset your password
4. Click on the link to reset your password
5. Type in your new password and click "Reset password"
