Helpdesk Portal - How to create a ticket for affiliated and non-affiliated members

For affiliated members, we highly suggest you contact your club first as they will able to help you immediately with your queries.


For both affiliate and non-affiliated members, you can send DotGolf a ticket through the www.golf.co.nz website, you can also contact New Zealand Golf or a Golf Club here.




Once this has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation message and an email that a ticket has been received

If you do have a login to our helpdesk portal, you may access the link. But if you don't, you may need to create an account for you to be able to login and track the progress of the query or ticket.
