The handicap rankings can be found under Play Golf Menu
Go to Rules and Handicapping
Scroll Down and Go to Handicap Rankings > See more
By default, it would show Men 18H, Adult, All Regios, All Clubs. You could click on the dropdown to select the filter you want (e.g. if you only want the rankings for men18H for Wellington region, you could select Wellington under the Region dropdown)
