Creating a Scorecard

Here is how you create a scorecard for both a Affiliated & Non-Affiliated Player.

Affiliated Player - This is for any player with a NZ Club Membership Number

Non-Affiliated Player - This is any player without a NZ Club Membership Number

1a. For an Affiliated Player you can search by either their Membership Number or Name. Please note if searching by name the format is "Last Name, First Name". Additionally members may have the same name as one another so ensure you have the correct member.

1b. If you are adding a non-affiliate, select "Create Card (Non Affiliate)"

1c. Then add in their relevant details where necessary.

2. If required you can enter the player into the applicable competitions for the day. Please note if the player is not eligible for the competition it will be greyed out.

3. You can also change the marker if needed from the dropdown.

4. For both affiliate and non-affiliates, DotGolf will automatically assign the player the cheapest applicable Green Fee. If you need to change this you can press "Show All" and choose the necessary Green Fee.

5. Once you are happy with the details, you can either press "Create Card" or "Save and Print"

Create Card - This will allocate and generate the player a card number, while also adding in a Digital Scorecard to the players Golf NZ App.

Save and Print - This will allocate and generate the player a card number, while also printing a physical scorecard to your printer and adding in a Digital Scorecard to the players Golf NZ App. Please note the Digital Scorecard will only be added to the App for Affiliate players as Non-Affiliates won't be registered for MyGolf.

6. You will then see the Scorecard in your Card Admin list
