Advanced Green Fees

Green Fees can be set up in the General Settings.

Advanced green fees allow you to create customized rates for specific categories of golfers, such as seniors, juniors, members, or corporate groups.

This flexibility helps you cater to the diverse needs of your golfers.

Important Note: Please call DotGolf to make sure that the new Advanced Green Fee is set to System Calculated so it would automatically assign to players.

1. Under the "Add Group" drop down, ensure that this is set to Advanced 1/2/3...

The number next to Advanced does not necessarily refer to anything, you can select any.

Select "Add"

2. A new Green Fee will appear on your list of Green Fees in red.

Select "Create" to edit the Green Fee details.

3. Set a name for the Green Fee, for example: Advanced Green Fee

4. Under the Green Fee Restrictions, the following options appear:

Members of Club
Affiliated Visitors
Non-Affiliate Visitors
Adults
Juniors

Must Play as a Members Guest
Affiliated Visitors must be Full Playing Members at their Home Club

Select the options that you would like to apply to this Green Fee.

5. If this Green Fee is limited to Age, tick the Age Restricted box.

Fill in the required from and to age.

Select with this is on a 'round date' or a 'specific date'. If specific, insert the day and month.

6. Select any of the following restrictions:

Play Date Restrictions: Define the To and From dates, if not required leave unticked.
Days of the Week: Select days you want the green fee to apply to.
Hours of the Day: Select hours you want the green fee to apply to.

7. Limit the Eligibility, if required:

Limit by Category: -This is applicable if the green fees will be applied to members of the club, tick the category/ies. If the green fees will be for visitors (affiliated and non affiliated members), no need to set this.
Limit by Club: If the green fees will be applied for members of particular club/s.
Limit by Course: This is applicable for clubs who have more than 1 courses.

8. Answer the following questions based of the clubs requirements:

Does your club have different 9 Hole and 18 Hole Rates?
Does your club have different Affiliate and Non-Affiliate Rates?

9. Based on the answers above, you will then be able to enter the amount per green fee.

10. Select the "Green Fee Includes Carts" fee if carts are included in this amount.

11. Save Fees.

Important Note: Please all DotGolf to make sure that the new Advanced Green Fee is set to System Calculated so it would automatically assign to players.

Once this is created, please make sure to check the selected categories to have "Always Charge Visitor Green Fees" so the green fee created will be applied.
