Multi-Club Event: Pre Printing Scorecards

This summary ensures that all key elements of preprinting and managing scorecards are addressed, facilitating a smooth operation.

Multi-club competitions are set up by the host club and can only be seen under the host club's event calendar.

The players need to be registered by the host club too.

1. Navigate to the 'Scorecards' tab 

2. Select "Pre-Generate Cards"

3. Ensure that the date displayed at the top of the page is the date of the competition. 

Select the date to update this, if required. 

4. Using the drop-down next to "Load Players From.." change this from Tee Sheet to 'Competition Entries'

5. Select the Competition that you are pre-printing for and select "Continue"

6. The system will then load all Pre-Registered players for this competition. 

Select the Printer Path and Card Format.

7. Select One Round at a time.

Select "Print All" or tick the individual players to print individual cards 

8. Select "Generate Cards" once you have selected the scorecards.
