Adding Players to a Draw

These steps will ensure players are properly added and organized within the draw sheet for your competition.

1. After creating the draw sheet, select "Add Players" 

2. You can then chose to Use Handicaps As Of: 

• Right Now 
• Time of Registration 
• Round Date 
• First Round 

3. You can also change the way the Draw Sheet is generated using the "Generation Method". 

Use the drop down to select one of the following options: 

• Manual Selection 
• By Handicap Index

4. If you have chosen Generate 'by Handicap Index', you will be required to enter the following details:

• Enter Player into field: 
  • All Fields
  • Draw
• Order by Handicap Index: 
  • High to Low 
  • Low to High

There is also an option to "Group By Division" 

5. Select Generate to create the draw based of the options above. 

6. If you are creating the Draw off Manual Selection, you can click and drag the player into the tee sheet from the left hand side.

Please note: A team can not be added in to the draw as a team. the team members will need to be added as individuals in the draw.

7. Select "Save Changes" once you are happy with how the draw looks.
