Basic Function Setup

1. You can either select the blue "New" button in the top left corner, or select the small + icon next to the date that you are creating the Function for. 


2. You can then enter in the following details under the Booking Number details:

  • Title
  • Status: 
    • Tentative
    • Confirmed
  • Customer
  • Date/Time
  • Setup Time 
  • Attendees 
  • Function Type: 
    • Undefined 
    • Corporate Booking 
    • Workshop
    • Presentation
    • Function Other
    • Golf Day
    • Internal Notice
    • Wedding


3. You can then begin filling out the Venue Hire details. 

Here, you can select the venue in which is being booked for the function. 





4. Next, you can specify the food and beverage requirements for the function. 

Enter the following details: 

  • Service Name: For example, food 
  • Start and End Time
  • Any additional notes
  • Any dietary requirements
  • Seating Configuration


5. Add in any additional equipment or extras that are required for the booking. 

For example: Microphone, projector etc.


6. Save Changes.
