Fill in the fields below and submit

Once submitted, a ticket number will be created.

An email confirmation will also be sent to your email address, You may login to Dotgolf Helpdesk to view the ticket, check its progress, add comments, etc.

2. Or go directly to Dotgolf Helpdesk to create an account and you can create directly from there and keep all the correspondence for future reference.
