Membership Registration - Register to a functions event

Process Flow


1) Click on the function event from the Events Calendar


2) Continue as a Guest or Login using your www.golf.co.nz credentials


Please note that the option Continue as a Guest is available only if the event allows non-affiliated visitors



3) Enter registration details


Affiliated visitors


- The fields on the registration form will be pre-populated with the affiliated visitors info.


Non-Affiliated visitors


- Non affiliated visitors will need to provide the required information on the form.




4) Register with guests


- You can include members or visitors (if allowed) as guests


Add a member as guest

- Under the Member Search tab, search for the member's last name.

- Click Add button that corresponds to the member record.


Add a non-affiliated visitor as a guest

- Go to Enter Guest Details tab.

- Fill in the guest details and click Add

Click Continue to checkout button


5) Checkout and Pay


Review the fees and click Proceed to Pay button.



- You will then be redirected to the Payment Express payment checkout page. 

- Fill in the details to complete the payment.




- Once paid and transaction is confirmed, you will be redirected to the event confirmation page.
