Please note that your helpdesk access or account is different from your My Golf account or DotGolf Live account.
The DotGolf Helpdesk portal is where you can access our knowledgebase or helpdesk articles. You can also submit a ticket for queries and track its progress.
For you to be able to log into our helpdesk portal, you need to sign up or create an account here.
1. Fill-up the form. Click Register.
2. Check your inbox as Email Activation is sent to the email address specified on step1. Click on the activation link in the email.
3. Set your password. Click Activate and Log in and you will be automatically logged into the DotGolf helpdesk portal.
