Issue:
Some clubs report that some members with Xtra email address are not receiving the email sent from DotGolf.
Possible Solutions:
- Make sure that the club's email address and the DotGolf email addresses (undelivered@golf.co.nz and no-reply@golf.co.nz) are NOT blacklisted in their Xtra account.

- Add the club's email address and the DotGolf email addressese: undelivered@golf.co.nz and no-reply@golf.co.nz as contacts.
- Click Address Book on the top menu
- Click New > Add contact
- Enter the Name and Email in the corresponding fields.
- Click Save
