Bulk Email - Some members with Xtra email address are not receiving the emails

Issue: 

Some clubs report that some members with Xtra email address are not receiving the email sent from DotGolf. 



Possible Solutions:

  1. Make sure that the club's email address and the DotGolf email addresses (undelivered@golf.co.nz and no-reply@golf.co.nz) are NOT blacklisted in their Xtra account.



  2. Add the club's email address and the DotGolf email addressese: undelivered@golf.co.nz and no-reply@golf.co.nz as contacts.
    1. Click Address Book on the top menu
    2. Click New > Add contact
    3. Enter the Name and Email in the corresponding fields.
    4. Click Save
