This article describes the steps on how to setup the online registrations for functions.
1) Access the function booking from the Functions calendar in DotGolf Live.
- You will be redirected to the Function booking's dashboard page once you click on the event.
2) Setting up the online registration.
- Ensure that the status of the function booking is Confirmed.
- Specify who can register for this event.
- Set the entry fees for members and visitors (if applicable)
- Tick Allow Online Payments to accept payments online when members/visitors register for an event.
Note: Attendees will still be able to register for an event if online payments is not enabled but they will appear as status Unpaid.
- Set the opening and closing dates for the online registration.
- Click Save Changes.
- The event should now be displayed on your club website's event calendar
