Here is how I inserted the image in to the email body,
In the article box, right click, then go to Insert and Image (as the image was saved as a jpeg it can be added this way)
Then it will have the normal upload page,
Click upload and locate image on PC and upload it
Click the OK to the upload,
Once the image shows in the preview box, click Insert,
If you upload the image and it does NOT show in the preview box them the image is possible still too large.
