New Bulk Email Template

1. Select "Create Email" in the top right corner 


2. Choose your layout. 

  • One Column: 
  • Right Sidebar: Allows extra space for advertising, more images etc. 


3. Select "Select" to begin creating your email


4. Enter in an Email Draft Name and select "Next" 


5. Using the Toolbar on the right hand side, you can drag and drop different content boxes across to the draft of the email. 

Click on the tool that you would like to add and drag until you see an orange box. 

The orange box indicates that the tool can be placed in that spot. 

 


6. Add as many tools as you would like to begin formatting your email. 

These can also be added in at a later stage. 


Update Text Boxes 


7. To update the text from the default, select the small edit icon



8. Remove the default text from the box and begin typing the content you want displayed.

9. Once you have finished writing the content, select "Update" 


Update Placeholder Images 


10. To update an image that has been added, select the Edit icon on the image placeholder. 


11. Select "Choose Image"

Note: Please pay attention to the Image Sizing mentioned.

12. Select "Choose File" on the popup window


13. Once you have located the file on your computer, select "Upload" 


14. Select the "Insert" icon under the image that has been uploaded.


15. Select "Update" to save the image 


16. Once you are happy with the content of your email template, you can select one of the following options: 

  • Save: Saves the progress if you would like to come back to it at a later date. 
    • Saving Draft Emails in Communications
  • Save & Continue: Allows you to proceed to the next step of emailing the Draft Template
    • Emailing a Bulk Email in Communications 
  • Test Email: Allows you to send out a copy of the Draft Email to confirm the email looks accurate. 
    • Test Send a Draft Email from Communications
  • Save as Template: Allows you to save the bulk email so that you can refer back to it and re-use the formatting. For example: A Weekly Newsletter 
    • Save Draft Email as a Template in Communications
