Bulk Email - What Qualifies an email to be on the "Open" Report in DotGolf

When a club has the communications module with DotGolf, the club is able to view a Report that confirmed who has opened the email once it has been received.


Once the email receiver has located the email, they will need to click the "Show Pictures" on the email


Then the member will need to click the "Always show pictures from this sender" on the email

They the member will need to open the email, like they are readying the email.


Once the 2 above options have been set by the email receiver, then the email receiver will hit the open report every time they open the email.
