Creating Mailing Lists

Mailing Lists are groups of email addresses which are collected through the following areas of the DotGolf-hosted club website:

  1. Online Enquiry form - website visitors who fill-out and submit the Online Enquiry Form (if the website has one), will be grouped under the "Online Enquiry" mailing list by default, unless you've requested this mailing list to be labeled differently.
  2. Newsletter Signup form. - some clubs may have a Newsletter Signup form on their website, and website visitors who sign up for that will all be classified under the nominated list name, e.g. Friends of the PGA, etc.


Clubs can also manually create mailing lists and add recipients to them through Bulk Email. Follow the steps below to do so.


1. Click Create New Mailing List


2. Enter a mailing list name. Click OK.


3. You will then get a confirmation message to say your Mailing List has been.
