This is due to the customer already existing in Kounta/Lightspeed. The club may have created the customer manually in Kounta/Lightspeed (possibly when they process sale in Kounta/Lightspeed before creating the membership in DotGolf)
Few indication that the customer was created manually in Kounta
- Record does not have any tags
- Email address is not encoded (e.g. nwxwntbtrtzutjbxntvhmw9cy0pkut09@members.golf.co.nz)
The customer will be automatically created in kounta/lightspeed when it is created in DotGolf Clubhouse, it should have the encoded email address and tags in Kounta/Lighspeed
