- This may be reflected when submitting a Service Call in the Portal.
- There may be times where DotGolf is invoiced for the service call after the service call has taken place and this will be invoiced to the club.
If a Printer has a USB connection the club can still order replacement toners via the portal
Clubs will be able to submit a service call for a Ricoh Printer, when required and here is how,
Login to eService by entering the last four digits of the device serial number and the pin number,
These are located on the red sticker that is on the printer.
Calling the 0508 number on the sticker will eincur a cost to the club.
Here is the Portal to submit a service call
Once logged in, go to New Service Call
Under: 1 Select the option most closely related to your problem"
Select the option that applies to the issue you are experiencing or as close to it as possible.
Under: 2 Select the option most closely related to your problem"
Select the option that applies to the issue you are experiencing or as close to it as possible.
Under: Fault Description, Add in another other details regarding the fault.
The click "Create Service call"
Then you will be able to update the physical address of the club. On the right hand side of this page there will be an option to enter in the contact details of the person for the service call.
Once completed Submit the service call and Ricoh will be in contact with the person who's details where entered in as the contact.
Once the service call as been submitted it will give you a job number, this is NOT stored in the portal, PLEASE Take note of this Job number in case the club needs DotGolf to follow up in this
